Chester Police have arrested two people for forging prescriptions.
According to a news release, 23 year old Alexis Cage of Carbondale and 24 year old Tyler Tatum of Chicago were arrested October 4 following a multi-jurisdictional investigation.
Investigators say that the pair used bogus prescriptions to obtain schedule V narcotics.
Schedule V drugs are at the bottom of the DEA’s controlled substance list. A common example is cough medicine made with codeine.
