Fired Zeigler Treasurer Ryan Thorpe has pleaded not guilty to charges of wire fraud and embezzlement.
Following his appearance in a federal courtroom in Benton Thursday morning, the 44 year old Thorpe was released on a personal recognizance bond with a long list of conditions, including Thorpe have no credit card or obtain any new lines of credit.
His trial is scheduled to start December 26, 2017
