Banterra Bank has bought out three First Bank locations in Southern Illinois.
The purchases, which still have to be approved by a regulatory board, will be of the Carbondale, West Frankfort, and Johnston City locations.
Banterra says they plan to keep on the locations current staff and operate out of the existing buildings.
