Juvenile in custody in Franklin County

FRANKLIN COUNTY, IL. (WJPF) – A twelve-year-old has been taken into custody, accused of treating the Zeigler-Royalton Grade School as well as a family member.

It’s believed the minor acted alone and that there is no immediate threat to the school.
