HERRIN, Ill. (WJPF) — This year’s HerrinFesta Italiana has been cancelled due to concerns over the coronavirus.
The yearly festival had been planned for Memorial Day weekend.
Organizers say those who have already bought concert tickets will have their money refunded automatically. No action will be necessary on the buyer’s part.
Organizers of West Frankfort’s Old King Coal Festival also announced their festival will be pushed back to a later date.
