MACHESNEY PARK, Ill. (WJPF) — Republican State Representative John Cabello is now the second lawmaker to file a lawsuit against Governor JB Pritzker over the stay at home order.
Cabello says his lawsuit will be slightly different from Representative Darren Bailey’s in that it will apply to anyone not just himself.
Cabello and Bailey are represented by the same attorney, Thomas DeVore.
