LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky. (WJPF) — The bodies of two southern Illinois men who drowned after their boat capsized near the Smithland Lock and Dam on the Ohio River have been recovered.
The body of 46-year-old Chris Shadowens of Herrin was recovered Friday afternoon.
The body of 60-year-old Kenneth Duncan of West Frankfort was recovered Thursday.
Both men had been missing since late Thursday morning when their jon boat capsized in the rough and fast moving water near the dam.
