86-year-old arrested for child pornography

CAIRO, Ill. (WJPF) — An 86-year-old Cairo man has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Ronald Diggs was taken into custody on Wednesday, September 9.

No additional information is being released by Illinois State Police at this time
