The 36-year-old was arrested Tuesday after a stand-off with police at a motel in Morganfield, Kentucky.
McWilliam is expected to appear remotely before a Kentucky judge. He’s charged in the Bluegrass State with being a fugitive from another state. McWilliam’s extradition back to Illinois to face murder charges could come up in Thursday’s hearing as well.
