For the second time this season, the Marion Wildcats are the unanimous #1 team in Southern Illinois. The Cats went to Belleville Althoff and pounded the Crusaders 41-7.
Benton remains #2 but Nashville regained footing in the poll, finishing just a point below the Rangers.
Carterville moved up a spot from #6 to #5 after a come-from-behind 38-34 win over McCluer High School (MO).
Cahokia jumped from #10 to #6 after giving out a 50-7 blasting to former #4 Centralia, who has now dropped to #8 this week.
Herrin dropped from #8 to #10 after taking their first loss of the season to Harrisburg 35-22.
