CHESTER, Ill. (WJPF) — Ice on the Chester Bridge caused a three car accident Wednesday.
Chester Police say it happened at about 6:15 a.m.
Salt was spread across the bridge deck to speed up the melting of the ice. The scene was cleared within an hour.
