Harrisburg man convicted of Aggravated Battery

 

HARRISBURG, Ill. (WJPF) — A Harrisburg man has been found guilty of Aggravated Battery.

Kyle Shelby faces up to 15 years in prison.

Saline County State’s Attorney Molly Wilson Kaiser says Shelby was arrested in April 2020 and charged with Aggravated Battery Involving Strangulation Resulting in Great Bodily Harm.

Shelby is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
