JOHNSTON CITY, Ill. (WJPF) — Three missing Johnston City boys have been found safe. Their kidnapper is now in custody.
Johnston City Police say Cassandra Carter currently sits in a Texas Jail.
Police alerted the public Friday about the missing children. All three are now in protective custody.
