Covid-19 cases continue to trend upward in Southern Illinois.
Bi-County Health Department reported 29 new cases on Monday – 23 in Williamson County and six in Franklin County.
However, Perry County reported 99 new cases and Egyptian Health Department 97 new cases on Monday.
The Region 5 positivity rate, as of last Thursday, is 10.3 percent.
