Over 250 new cases of covid-19 were reported Tuesday in Southern Illinois.
Bi-County Health Department reported 129 new cases, including 93 in Williamson County and 36 in Franklin County.
Egyptian Health Department reported 58 new cases, Southern 7 Health Department 50 new cases and Perry County, which had a huge increase over the weekend, had 26 new cases on Tuesday.
Bi-County Health Department is now accepting appointments for covid-19 booster immunizations for those who are immunocompromised.
