EFFINGHAM, Ill. (WJPF) – An arrest has been made in a seven year old Centralia murder.
Ricky Norwood, 31, of Centralia was arrested Monday on a charge of first degree murder in the death of Dustin Rhynes.
Rhynes, 24, was found shot to death in an alleyway in Centralia in August of 2015.
Ricky Norwood was arrested by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and is being held in the Marion County Jail on a $1 million bond.
