MARION, Ill. (WJPF) – A Williamson County businessman has been arrested on sexual abuse charges.
Chris Sollers, 41, operates a landscaping business and gardening center in Marion. Sollers was taken into custody Friday afternoon on felony charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and unlawful restraint. He was taken to the Williamson County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
Illinois State Police say the charges against Sollers are the result of an investigation that was started in March in Jackson County.
