CAIRO, Ill (WJPF) – Illinois State Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Cairo.
The shooting happened just before midnight on Tuesday May 9th, in the 2400 block of Sycamore Street. It resulted in one person dead. The investigation into the shooting is open and ongoing.
