CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – Several vehicles and a building were damaged by gunfire on the Carbondale strip.
It happened at about 12:15 a.m. Monday in the 700 block of South Illinois Avenue.
Michal Evans, 21, of Carbondale, and a juvenile were both arrested shortly afterwards. Evans was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm. The juvenile was detained in a juvenile detention center.
