Colorado man arrested on drug charges in Williamson County

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – A Denver, Colorado man has been arrested in Williamson County, accused of trafficking drugs, including psilocybin mushrooms, through the region.

A Williamson County Sheriff’s deputy pulled Robert Sullivan over on Interstate 57 Sunday morning for a traffic violation.  After a search of his vehicle, police found 61 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 238 grams of cannabis contained in multiple pressure sealed bags, 4 boxes of THC sugar wax, 10 THC vape cartridges, and 3 THC gummy edibles.

Robert Sullivan faces charges including possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver and delivery of a schedule 1 narcotic.
