A McLeansboro man is in custody after escaping authorities for several days.
27-year-old Keith Redmon Jr. was wanted out of Franklin County after he was named as a suspect in a burglary last week in Thompsonville. A Polaris RZR was taken in that incident.
Deputies learned through a mobile app tip that Redmon was at a residence in Benton on Monday. He was taken into custody without incident.
The Polaris was recovered and returned to its owner.
