BENTON, Ill. (WJPF) – A man from Benton has been charged for sexual assault of a child.
Last Weekend, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office received a report concerning a potential sex offense that occurred in Franklin County. The victim was identified as a child.
As a result of the investigation, 34 year old Robert Hodges was arrested.
Hodges has been charged with 2 counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child and Unlawful Violation of an Order of Protection.
Hodges is being held at the Franklin County Jail with a bond set at $205,000.
