WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – A daycare worker has been arrested for making threats against her employer.
Wednesday afternoon, the Little Treasures Child Development Center received multiple concerning, but unspecific text messages. Little Treasures operates several facilities across the region.
Thursday, more messages, including a bomb threat were made towards two locations in Williamson County. Both facilities were evacuated and no explosives found.
An employee of the Little Treasures Marion location, Jerica Ogden, was arrested Thursday and later confessed to making the threats.
