CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Mid-American Conference named junior Jack Khrypunov the conference swimmer of the week on Wednesday.
Khrypunov had two individual first place finishes last week against Lindenwood and Missouri, his two victories were in the 100 butterfly with a finishing time of 47.73 and the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:47.12.
This season Khrypunov has also had top three finishes against McKendree in the 100 and 200 butterfly. Khrypunov was named to the MAC Academic All-Conference and the 1st Team All-MAC in 2022.
Jack and the Salukis will compete next in the A3 Performance Invitational which will be hosted by SIU on Nov. 9 through Nov. 11.
