Wednesday afternoon, Panola College (TX) announced the sudden death of assistant coach Tadd Andrews. Andrews was one of the assistant coaches of John A. Logan College’s men’s basketball team last season when they won the NJCAA DI National Championship.
In the statement from Panola College, Andrews was said to have passed away in his sleep Tuesday night.
Andrews, 30, helped lead the Volunteers to a 31 game win streak that resulted in the program’s first ever national title.
