CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – A large donation was announced yesterday for the law school at SIUC.
A $10 million dollar gift from John and Jayne Simmons, the largest ever donation SIU has received.
In honor of their generosity, the law school will be named Simmons Law School, pending approval from the SIU Board of Trustees in April.
