The Cobden native has played at John A. Logan College the past two seasons. Last year, he was a part of the NJCAA National Championship team.
The 7’0 Lowndes averaged 3.5 blocks per game this season, swatting away 105 shots in total. In his JUCO career, Lowndes had 172 blocked shots.
Lowndes also averaged 10.6 points and 7.5 rebounds this past year. He was an All-Region 24 selection this year.
