Monday morning, Carbondale star DeCarl Payne announced he is committing to John A. Logan College men’s basketball to start his college career.
Payne is the first of the Logan’s recruits from the Class of 2024.
The Terrier star averaged 23 points in 31 games this past season for Carbondale. He is the all-time leader in three-pointers at Carbondale Community High School with 197 career threes.
