MARION, Ill. (WJPF) – Over 30 pounds of methamphetamine were seized by Marion Police during a traffic stop on Interstate 57.
Chief David Fitts says his officers pulled over the vehicle around 10:20 p.m. Wednesday. 33 pounds of crystal ice meth were found inside the vehicle.
Three occupants – Linda Cuchna, 44, of Des Plaines, Illinois; Angel Nieves, 37, of Brookfield, Illinois; Rafael Caro, 37, of Kansas City, Missouri -were taken to the Williamson County Jail on meth trafficking charges.
