Perry County man charged with possession of child pornography

PINCKNEYVILLE, Ill. (WJPF) – A Pinckneyville man has been charged with possession of child pornography.

Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul’s office says Larry Morrison, 56, was arrested on June 20 at his home on Wolf Road after sheriff’s deputies searched his home and found illicit material.

Morrison is currently detained at the Perry County Jail, charged with five counts of possession of child pornography. He faces a possible 55 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
