MOUNT VERNON, Ill. (WJPF) – A Mount Vernon man has been arrested in connection to a shooting that resulted in property damage.
Devin Burns, 26, is facing a felony charge of aggravated discharge of a firearm.
Mount Vernon Police say Burns fired multiple shots Tuesday night in an area near South 18th Street and Lamar Avenue. A house and car were damaged. No injuries were reported.
Burns was arrested Wednesday and taken to the Jefferson County Jail.
