CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – An 18 year old has been found guilty of a shooting in Carbondale.
Justin Perteet-Lovelady of Carbondale was found guilty of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm on September 21st.
Perteet-Lovelady was arrested on June 24th just three days after video footage showed a man get out of a white vehicle and fire several shots at another vehicle.
He will have to serve 85% of his sentence and up to three years of mandatory supervised release.
