The Black Diamond wrestling duals were on Wednesday night. The Fairfield Mules dominated throughout the night, forcing their way to the championship match against Johnston City.
After the first two dual victories, Mules head coach Jordan Griffith collected his 100th career coaching victory. Griffith has been head coach of the Fairfield Wrestling team since 2019.
Fairfield fell to Johnston City in the championship match 42-39. The Mules went 3-1, bringing Griffith’s career win total to 101.
