State Representative Patrick Windhorst rallied with homeschool families at the state capitol.
Windhorst joined more than 2,000 children, parents, and homeschool family members rallying against a sweeping new bill that proposes to heavily regulate homeschooling in Illinois. HB 2827 seeks to add multiple layers of paperwork and regulations on homeschool families.
