MOUNT VERNON, Ill. (WJPF) – Three people have been arrested in connection to a murder investigation in Mount Vernon.
Police say the male victim was found early Tuesday morning at a home on South 15th Street. Two people were arrested shortly thereafter. A third suspect was arrested around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at a home on South 17th Street, just a few blocks away from where the body was found.
Names have not yet been released.
