CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – A civil rights complaint has been filed against Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Defending Education claims SIUC is discriminating on the basis of race or sex in 33 federally funded scholarships and initiatives.
SIUC currently offers scholarships for minorities, women, and underrepresented groups.
