GLEN ELLYN, Ill. (WJPF) — A Democratic State Representative is calling for Mike Madigan to resign as Speaker of the House and Chair of the Illinois Democratic Party.
Rep. Terra Costa-Howard says that even if Madigan was not directly involved with the ComEd bribery scheme, the accusations clearly demonstrate his leadership has failed.
