WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) — A West Frankfort man was hurt Saturday in a two car crash in Williamson County.
It happened at about 4:20 p.m. on Route 37, just north of Villa Way.
Illinois State Police say 31-year-old Jeremy Bader of Perryville, Missouri was southbound on 37 when his vehicle crossed the centerline, hitting a northbound vehicle. That northbound vehicle then left the road and overturned.
The driver of the northbound vehicle, 74-year-old Marvin Lampley of West Frankfort was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Jeremy Bader, as well as a passenger in his vehicle, refused medical treatment. Bader was also cited for Improper Lane Usage.
