ENERGY, Ill. (WJPF) — An Energy apartment complex has been badly damaged in a fire.
Firefighters were called to the Shawnee Enterprises apartments on West Ford Street at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. Two of the eight units sustained major damage. No injuries have been reported.
Firefighters from Energy, Herrin, and Carterville helped to put out the fire.
