CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – Three people are behind bars after shots were fired Friday in Carbondale.
Carbondale Police say officers were called to the 400 block of East College Street at about 8:40 a.m. No injuries were reported to police as a result of the gunshots, but property in the area was damaged.
43-year-old Marlin Brown of Carbondale was arrested for aggravated unlawful use of weapons and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.
18-year-old Keon Foulks of Carbondale and 20-year-old Keavonte Nesby of De Soto were arrested on charges of aggravated discharge of a firearm and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
All three men were taken to the Jackson County Jail.
