The End of the Season SI Baketball Coaches Poll is out. The Nashville Hornets finished the season as the top ranked in Southern Illinois, edging out 3A juggernaut Centralia by just a point.
Breese Central wrapped the season up as the #3 team and the biggest jump in the final poll of the year from #6 to #3.
