JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – An inmate’s death this week at the Jefferson County Jail has been ruled a suicide.
Cady Moore, 31, was found unresponsive in her cell early Sunday morning.
CPR was performed, but she was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
