Saturday afternoon, former Saluki guard Lance Jones announced his decision on where he’ll be transferring to: Purdue.

Jones spent the past four seasons at SIU. He is the first Saluki to announce where he is planning to transfer of the four Salukis that have recently gone in to the transfer portal.
Purdue is led by former Saluki head coach Matt Painter. The Boilermakers were a #1 seed in this year’s NCAA Tournament but were also the second #1 seed to ever lose to a #16 seed, taking a loss to Fairleigh Dickinson University.
