The NJCAA DI defending champs’ 2023-24 roster is starting to become more clear after another signing on Tuesday. The Vols secured a commitment from Julian Norris Jr. on Tuesday.

Norris Jr. was at Morehead State in the 2022-23 season but did not play as he had been redshirted.
The redshirt freshman was originally a three star recruit coming out of high school. The 6’3 guard played at Evansville’s Bosse High School his first three seasons in high school before competing at Link Academy in Branson, MO his senior season.
Norris averaged 17.0 points, 5.0 and 4.0 assists at Bosse as a junior. As a sophomore he hit 48 percent from three-point range. He was named First-Team Al-SIAC. Norris was named Underclassmen All-State as well. He also once earned IBCA Player of the Week for averaging 25.0 points, 10.0 rebounds and 8.0 assists.
