A Chester man has died after a two vehicle crash in Cape Girardeau.
The crash occurred on Wednesday July 3rd around 11:45am just 1 mile west of Jackson.
A tow truck driven by 55 year old Thomas Litchenegger of Jackson, was traveling westbound when 67 year old Thomas Howard of Chester, who was driving a motorcycle, pulled into his path.
Howard was taken to a hospital, where he died shortly after.
