CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – Events in Carbondale on September 28th are moving indoors.
Due to the forecast of inclement weather, Hemp, Hop & Shrooms Festival & Groundbreaking Ceremony, will now take place September 18th, at the Varsity Center with events starting at 3:00 p.m. and the concert starting at 7:00 p.m.
